Baking Soda Could  Whiten Teeth  with  peroxide..

I love Smiling and enjoy my coffee each morning . but I have notice that my teeth started to yellow not matter what tooth paste I use and this made me concern about smiling .

So I went old school after use the last paste in the tube . My mom use  Baking soda to brush her teeth and I wonder why she use the Baking soda powder . because the taste is horrible its like a mouth full of salt . So I never touch the stuff .

But like I  said above my teeth stay yellow ! I am a person in  the public view everyday so I had to go Brue Lee or Kung Fu (Funny Ha Ha ) .

So I did a experiment for one week to see the changes in my teeth what I look for is
 brightness and to take off some of the build up ! with a soft  brush , I have tried the hard brush ,med brush and so on .

So I went to our local Target and purchase  Baking soda that cost me around .57 cents and peroxide that cost 1.89

Now this what I tried I add three tea spoons of baking Soda and half tea spoon of peroxide and mix it into and light paste in a small bowl .and then place plastic wrap over the baking soda and place into the fridge. ( the reason I place plastic around the bowl because baking soda( absorb odors)

And you don't    want to    eat  everything  in  your fridge all at once (Smile )

The Out come of my experiment I  brush my teeth a least twice a day

Day one) I seen only a small change . and the salt from the baking soda was horrible and want to quite
but I had to make this test work for a week before I Gave up .and I had to do this   twice

Day two) .The changes seem noticeable so I ask my wife did she notice the changes and she did I need a wife opinion would  she be honest with me (.Because my thoughts was this could be lights )

Day three ); My  teeth really look Good and the Changes was Amazing and she did notice my smile (Want a kiss Baby)  and I use a mouth wash to get that salty taste Down (Whew )

Day Four) . My teeth the baking soda seem to me to get rid of the build around my back teeth and my teeth are two shades brighter .I must report to My  Dentist on the next appointment

Day Five) . I Kept looking in the bathroom mirrors and smiling looking for changes and my teeth are white without using tooth paste and no whitener to be honest with you my teeth feel better and I love smiling again

Day Six ) The Reports is that more I brush and use mouth wash to clean the salt from the baking soda my teeth feel and look great and cant wait to see my dentist with the result

Day Seven).I am writhing on my Blog Early and this will be publish to all who want to read and to get there teeth brighten and perhaps healthy and save  money
